Cordlesx is a hair dryer manufacturer based in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. Established in 2001, we develop and manufacture hair dryers for importers, distributors, private-label brands, hospitality suppliers and project buyers.
Our current product experience includes handheld, wall-mounted, folding, brushless-motor, infrared and professional-use hair dryers. Available specifications vary by model and may include different motor, wattage, voltage, plug, airflow-control, labeling and packaging configurations.

Factory-Based Hair Dryer Manufacturing
Cordlesx operates two self-owned hair dryer production lines, with in-house capabilities including injection molding, heating-wire processing, product assembly, functional testing, final inspection and packaging. Production processes and line arrangements vary according to the selected model, configuration and order requirements.
New ODM products involving a new structure, electrical configuration, manufacturing process or tooling require a separate production-capacity and lead-time assessment before mass production. Qualified buyers may request the 2024 supplier assessment report.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
HAIR DRYER QUALITY CONTROL & COMPLIANCE
Cordlesx applies documented quality checks throughout hair dryer production, including functional testing, electrical safety checks, visual inspection and final inspection before packing.
Compliance documents are verified by product model, electrical configuration and destination market. Depending on the selected model, available documents may include CE, CB, RoHS, CCC or UKCA. UL/ETL-compliant plug and cord options can be supplied for applicable configurations.
Before sample approval, our team confirms the model, voltage, plug, labeling and required compliance documents. In Q1 2025, 494 of 500 finished hair dryers passed the first pre-shipment final inspection, achieving a documented 98.8% first-pass rate.
